RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PainFree (Digitalz ApS), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility:

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days after the return is received

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error

Please note that refund times may vary based on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
